Items that are returned for surcharge must be in a serviceable condition. They are inspected by a technician prior to re manufacture and a written report and or images will be made available in the unlikely event that the part is not serviceable. All items for return must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Comments
Customer should return any items in the packaging supplied in the first instance with the new part. Postage is at the customers cost. Please ensure that the return item is insured to cover the surcharge in the event of it being lost or damaged in transit.
